Introduction

This course teaches practical methods for clearer thinking and better decisions. You will learn how to define problems, gather and evaluate evidence, and present conclusions that others can test. The emphasis is on repeatable tools and habits you can use in meetings, planning, and written analysis. The result is fewer avoidable mistakes and faster alignment across teams.
